Today is my 3rd Mother’s Day. Sometimes I can’t believe that I have been a mom for almost 3 years {Jade was born 12/07/05}.
So yeah, nothing much to say here. Just reflecting on being a mother. There was a loooooong period of time in my life where I thought I would never have kids, I didn't think I wanted any, but that all changed after I met Jason & we got married.
I love my daughter to pieces & I love being a mommy, but I could never have more children. I'm lucky that I was cut out enough to raise this one. lol. I've since had a tubal ligation, so there will be no more kiddos in my future.
So what does the day have in store for me? Oh, nothing much. I'm sure that I will take a long bubble bath in my jacuzzi tub {the biggest luxury that I have. lol}. We might go out to eat, we might not. Maybe rent a movie? It's really just a day like any other day to me, only that I appreciate all the little things a fraction more than I normally do.
I know that I will get at least 2 text messages from friends tomorrow telling me 'Happy Mother's Day' - It's nice to have friends who are so thoughtful & caring.

SO cute! I shall come find you some day and bring my little brother with me. He's pretty much the same age and i loves him to death. right now. he is the only thing keeping me from packing my bags and leaving this stupid island once and for all!

I am from Alberta, Canada. We get lotsa snow up here! =) hehe!. Luckily none right now! just a lot of rain. Speaking of flowers, my grandmother has a LOT of them. If you would like any, let me know and I can mail some seeds to you! =)
